MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage CEO’s schedule - Support CEO with his actionable items - drafting, transcribing, time management - Act as a “gatekeeper” to ensure the CEO can focus on high-value opportunities - Triage inquiries, requests and problems directed from both internal and external stakeholders - Manage office building personnel and vendor relationships - Manage office systems such as photocopiers, printers, mail and phone system - Book Travel - Participate in planning and delivery of corporate and team member events - Support relationship with the Board of Directors - Manage bill payments and brokerage accounts - Work on special projects as identified by CEO
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS - Highest level of confidentiality and integrity to personnel and client information - Three (3) to five (5) years experience in an executive support role - Strong time management skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in MS Suite - Strong web skills and comfortable using and evaluating web products.
