Our manufacturing client in Richmond is recruiting for a Superstar Inside Sales representative. You must be self motivated and work well in a team environment. You are the type of employee who enjoys fixing problems and dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for incoming customer calls
• Assisting existing clients
• Deal with processing all outstanding orders
• Identify new opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum two years inside sales or customer service experience
• The ability to be a problem solver
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate Microsoft and Excel
• Project Management Skills
• Some experience with SAP would be valuable
• Post-Secondary Education degree or Certificate
